Gulp!

The spit-take! I hate it when that happens! This week's strip actually reminds me of the lunch table in high school. We had a thing where we were always trying to make each other laugh at that precise moment someone took a drink, so they'd spew it out! Whoever cracked the joke that caused the spewage was rewarded with "spew points," which really weren't redeemable for anything...but whatever. That was high school.

A couple new things this week.
1. These two buttons!

I posted La Vida Skeeter on both of these webcomics lists hoping to expand my audience a bit, and now, would like to try and get some votes. It doesn't even take 10 seconds to go to both and click the vote button. If you do, it has a fun little message from yours truly & I'd appreciate it bunches.

2. I revamped the message board. The other one I posted wasn't very user-friendly, and I was receiving more spam than I was comments. This new one I was able to customize quite a bit more & I'm calling it...drum roll, please...The Mosquito Net! It's a forum for posting comments or questions about the comic or music or movies or just whatever. I'd like to think of it as "Happy Hour" for the comic! It even has a chat feature on it. Anywho, I think it has the potential to be a lot of fun. I also added a shoutbox under the Skeeter logo. * Muuuuch easier to use if you just wanna drop a quick comment.That's all for now! * Update: the shoutbox still wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I started posting my blogs with Blogger and then putting that blog in an iframe below the comic. That way, I can still blog, and people can still add comments if they want (though at this date, there are still pretty much no comments).
